Storage instructions:

For Hair: Warm a small amount of flaxseed oil slightly.
Apply to the scalp and massage gently for 5–10 minutes. Spread evenly through hair strands to coat from root to tip. Leave for 1–2 hours or overnight. Wash with a mild shampoo. Use 2–3 times a week for best results.


For Food: Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids (ALA), supports heart health, brain health, and immunity. Used as a dietary supplement, often taken as 1–2 teaspoons daily. Can be added to smoothies, salads, dips, or yogurt.
