Refund policiy
• Refunds are only offered if the customer receives a damaged, wrong, or missing product.
• Customers must contact Herbian Care within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a refund.
• Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after purchase.
• Orders are non-refundable if the wrong address is provided by the customer.
• Refunds will not be issued if the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel.
• Delays caused by courier services are not eligible for refunds.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos, original packaging, and the order number as proof for any refund request.
• Refund requests without proper evidence will not be approved.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
• In some cases, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
• Orders can only be canceled before shipment; once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
